Refund, Make-Up & Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds are only available prior to April 1st 2026 – no exceptions. This includes cancellations due to schedule changes, change of mind, or behavioral issues. All refunds are subject to to applicable fees and charges for used time, administrative fees, or other incurred cost.

• Credits may be considered for injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances with appropriate notice and are subject to to applicable fees and charges for used time, administrative fees, or other incurred cost.

• Camp days or blocks may be rescheduled in advance based on availability and must be coordinated through our admin team.

 

General Policies:

• All added camp days, aftercare, or extended hours must be approved and paid for in advance. Unauthorized attendance or unpaid additions will result in account charges due immediately.

• Only one discount applies (Including sibling or early registration)

• Early registration discount is no longer valid for additional camp days/blocks added after discount deadline.

• All multi-day block pricing discounts apply to the same camp week. Camp blocks or single days may be rescheduled to different single days or weeks with advance notice only via our Action Admin team's assistance.4-Day blocks must remain for use only on other camp weeks.

• All participants must be signed in and out, in person by an adult.

• Online digital release of liability must be completed prior to participation in any program.

Camp Participation & Behavior:

• Action Academy, LLC is committed to providing a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all campers. Participants are expected to follow staff instructions, participate safely, and treat others with respect.

• Action Academy, LLC reserves the right to discontinue a camper’s participation if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, repeatedly disregards staff direction, or requires a level of supervision or intervention beyond what our staff can reasonably provide in a group camp setting.

• Behaviors that compromise the safety of the participant or others, significantly disrupt the program, or require ongoing one-on-one attention that prevents staff from effectively supervising the group may result in dismissal from camp.
