HIGH ENERGY, FLUID & CONFIDENT MOVEMENT FOR SUCCESS



45 minute - 1 Hour classes are filled with age appropriate, ACTION packed, parkour style tricking, tumbling, stunting, climbing and free style movement. Professional coaches combined with brand new, state-of-the-art, equipment bring energy, creativity, discipline and adventure to  these fast moving and positive classes.
Each progressive class includes a creative and structured warm-up, planning, goal setting and implementing each student’s own “ACTION plan”. Students move fluidly through challenging obstacle courses and over-head training systems. They flip on trampolines, climb warp walls, swing on high bars and tumble on spring floors. Basic through advanced skills to be taught include: FreeStyle fluid movement, vaulting, ninja rolling for safety, back-flip progressions, wall and bar progressions, and development of core strength and speed. Safety techniques for falling, landing and transitioning are emphasized over a mat based training system. Our custom curriculum provides opportunities for safe and technically correct skill progression through our level up program with opportunities to express individuality, team build and compete  within each class. Athletes that love all sports are welcome with opportunity to cross train in this positive environment while they enhance the skills required for their increased self confidence,

agility and overall athleticism.

These 45min. - 1hour classes are a seamless mix of energy, creativity, discipline and adventure. Positive and professional  coaches  teach a level based curriculum, inspiring little ninjas  to think big. Each progressive, class includes a creative, fun and structured warm-up, planning, goal setting and implementing each student’s own age appropriate  “ACTION plan”. Students become real life Action Heroes as they flip on trampolines, climb warp walls, swing on high bars and tumble on spring floors. Every class promises to tire out your little daredevil, while building their confidence, and promising  high energy fun!

These 1 hour classes are a seamless mix of energy, creativity, discipline and adventure. Coaches who are positive and professional teach a level-based curriculum, inspiring athletes to think boldly and outside the box. Each progressive class includes a creative, and structured warm-up, planning, goal setting, and implementing each student’s own age appropriate “Action Plan.” Students flip on trampolines, climb warped walls, swing on high bars, and tumble on spring floors as they move fluidly over obstacles. With hard work, perseverance, and use of challenges as goals, every student has the opportunity to grow.

6-11YRS & 12 & UP

1 hour classes are a mix of traditional tumbling fundamentals, free-running, martial arts and stunt work. Coaches work together with athletes to accomplish creative, innovative new tricks and combinations where timing, flexibility, strength and control intersect with technical gymnastics moves for the best opportunity for confidence and success. Using tumble tracks, spotting belts, air floors and  spring floors athletes progress through skills learned creatively, fluently, and as safely as possible in a positive and upbeat environment.
