Our classes, workshops and personal training studio centers around these three pillars, because we believe each are essential ingredients to a healthy life. Our focus is empowering YOU in a setting that is inspiring, nourishing and fulfilling.
We offer classes, workshops and private lessons to all ages, 6 days per week in our brand new, Movement Studio and Overhead Training Course. All classes offer low student/teacher ratios, positive, engaging and qualified instructors, and a complete variety of unique fitness classes to choose from in a boutique environment.
