2. WHEN YOU CLICK THE R.S.V.P. BUTTON (BELOW) YOU WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE ACTION ACADEMY PARENT PORTAL. IF IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME HERE, CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND ADD YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN TO YOUR ACCOUNT (OTHERWISE SKIP TO STEP #4).

PLEASE NOTE: Your information is safe with us, we do not use your email or contact information for purposes other than communication with you. If you would prefer to not be contacted for promotional or future communication from Action Academy, you will have an option to "opt out" once the account is created.

3. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS AND SIGN A DIGITAL RELEASE FORM FOR YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY.

4. ONCE THE ACCOUNT IS CREATED, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CLICK "PARTY REGISTRATIONS" ON THE LEFT SIDE TOOLBAR. SEARCH FOR THE BIRTHDAY CHILD'S NAME OR EVENT WITH THE CORRECT DATE/TIME. "ENROLL" YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN INDIVIDUALLY (FOR ACCURATE COUNT AND SAFETY).

WHAT IS MY CHILD GOING TO BE DOING AT THIS PARTY?

Depending on the age and theme of the party, your child will most likely be tumbling, running, dancing, climbing, laughing, flipping and moving. Action Academy is a ninja, gymnastics, free movement and youth fitness company. We use matting, air floors/tracks, padded blocks, obstacle courses and over-head rigs and professional staff directly to "coach" the party, special or community event with specific age-appropriate party curriculum.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

Check with you party host if their party is indoors or outside (mobile party due to COVID-19). Your child should wear athletic gear or clothing that they are comfortable moving in (Upside down too). Depending on the party theme and location they will be barefoot or need closed toe tennis shoes. No jewelry, (Small stud earrings ok) watches, or belts. Pockets should be empty and free of loose objects. There is absolutely no sharp objects, food or candy (gum) permitted on the courses, equipment or air tracks.

MAY I DROP OFF MY CHILD OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE BRING THEM OR PICK THEM UP?

Yes, drop off is totally fine. Please see the Action party lead to make sure they are signed in. If someone else is picking up, please specify this at the time of drop off. When creating your ACTION account online you will be specifying an emergency contact, this is the number that we will use if the need arises.
