GYMNASTICS
Within the Action Gymnastics program we strive to offer high quality gymnastics instruction in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. At the center of our level curriculum is what we call the "Action philosophy" where our coaches work hard to build strength in the body, knowledge in the mind and courage in the heart. Classes are complete with use of age appropriate, USAG approved apparatus, safety minded, certified and experienced coaches and a mentality of every unique participant is capable and able to be the best that they can be.

In each 45-minute class, tots and their active adult participants work with professional, high energy coaches and their fellow classmates for plenty of climbing, swinging, rolling and strength building, smile producing, fun! Every class is filled with a strategic mix of exciting circuits, safe, colorful, apparatus, and many high energy, confidence building opportunities for success.
MINI GYM 3YRS-6YRS
In these 45 min or 1 hour classes, mini gymnasts work in an exciting and positive environment. Gymnastics classes for this age group cater to the child’s need for social development as well as movement education. Professional coaches use appropriate safety sized olympic gymnastics apparatus (Floor, bars, vault, rings and beams) trampolines, to teach skills with plenty of climbing, swinging, rolling and strength building, smile producing, fun!
ACADEMY GIRLS
In this program, students build strength, coordination, agility, mental endurance, muscular endurance as well as learning skills on all 4 (Girls) of the olympic apparatus and trampoline. Professional coaches use level progressions, circuits, drills, and modern State-Of-The-Art equipment for the training necessary to ensure that learning is done safely and with the most opportunity for the athlete's success and enjoyment.

ACADEMY BOYS 6 & UP
This 1-hour class is a fun, exciting technical introduction to the sport of men’s gymnastics. Emphasis is on developing safe gymnastics skills while building knowledge and ability. Curriculum based classes provide students the opportunity to learn from positive and professional instructors using State-Of-The-Art Olympic apparatus (vault, rings,
p-bar, high bar, pommel, floor), trampolines, air floors, tumble tracks, and challenging circuits. In addition, training includes opportunity for students to develop strength, agility, air awareness, confidence, and flexibility.
FINE TUNING & PLUS 1.5
These 1.5 hour classes are designed for competitive and developmental level gymnasts who are wanting increased class time with attention to detail in training. Working with professional coaches, these small groups train with goals to compete or perform, move up a up a level or are transitioning to a different program. As with every program, we work hard for your gymnast, making sure to fine tune each detail necessary to progress and experience their greatest possible successes in the sport.
