EMPOWER

Action Wellness has three approaches to empowerment; 

Wellness, Movement,  Mindfulness.  

Our classes, workshops and personal training philosophy  centers around these three pillars, because we believe each are essential ingredients to a healthy life. Our focus is empowering YOU in a setting that is inspiring, nourishing and fulfilling.

COMMUNITY

We offer classes, workshops and private lessons to all ages, 6 days per week in our brand new, Movement Studio and Overhead training course. All classes offer low student/teacher ratios, positive, engaging and qualified instructors, and a complete variety of unique fitness classes to choose from in a boutique environment. Please feel free to visit us this autumn for a tour of our new, inviting space.

Action Yoga and Wellness is committed to celebrating the practice of yoga, mindfulness and fitness. We believe in cultivating wellness by offering a wide range of group classes, private lessons, and workshops at convenient times. More than just a room, our Movement Studio warmly welcomes each and every person and houses transformations, intention and kindness for all.

At Action, we believe in taking small steps in order to see big progress. You'll notice after your first class that not only are you stronger physically, but mentally as well. We believe in intention-based practice and every time you come to class you'll find purpose in every movement. 

FOR EVERY BODY

Designed with you in mind, you can find classes of many varieties. Whether you're up for trampoline cardio or ready to sweat it out in HIIT, or challenge your everything in our ninja warrior style, overhead course every class is accessible to everybody. Instructors provide modifications, low-impact  and high intensity options in every format.
